How do I print confirmation tickets online?

Printing tickets online is quick and easy. Simply follow the link in your confirmation e- mail. You can print your E-Ticket Voucher on any style printer - color or black and white, laser or inkjet. Printing ticket vouchers is as simple as printing any of your standard documents. We do not mail vouchers.

What if I don’t have access to a printer?

If you do not have access to a printer, we can fax your E-Ticket Voucher to you upon request. We do not mail tickets.

What if I forget my E-Ticket Voucher?

If you forget your voucher, the voucher can be accessed from any computer that is linked to the internet. Click on the Book A Tour tab at top of page then click the Your Account link (located on the top right) login to your account and click the View Orders link and print order.
If you are staying in a hotel, have the business center, front desk or concierge desk print your voucher. If the hotel has an internet-enabled computer, the voucher is available for printing by going to We do not mail vouchers. Tour operators will NOT permit you to join a tour or activity without your E-Ticket Voucher or order ID number.

What happens if I print my tickets more than once?

You may print your "Print and Go" E-Ticket Voucher as many times as you like, but when you check in for your Tour, the bar code number will be used as a confirmation. Once your confirmation number is entered, additional copies will not be accepted. Your E-ticket Voucher is valid only for the tour or activity specified.

Can I access my E-Ticket Voucher at a later date?

Your confirmed E-Ticket Voucher will be available electronically from this website at any time simply by accessing your account via the website (see detailed instructions in the above question number 3)

What if my tour is cancelled?

On the rare occasion, a tour operator may be forced to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions or for other reasons. In that case, a full ticket refund will be provided by the tour operator. No refunds are available through Horse Capital Tours or this website.

What hotels do you pick up from?

Some motor coach and private tours pick up from hotels within city limits. Outlying hotels generally do not have hotel pick up available. You will need to check each tour’s information, as not all tours and activities have hotel pick up. Be ready and available 10 -15 minutes prior to you pickup time. It is the passengers’ responsibility to be at the correct location and at the correct time as stated on their confirmation form. No refund for no-shows.

What should I wear on my tour?

Some tour vehicles are air-conditioned; however, depending on the type of tour, you may walking for a portion of your tour. In the summer months in Lexington, you should dress for hot to warm weather. It is a good idea to bring a raincoat, as not all locations with horses will permit the opening of an umbrella. If you are planning one of the horse farm tours, you will want to wear comfortable, close-toed shoes. Leave the bulky backpacks at home. Don’t forget your camera.

Will I be charged if I need to change my tour date or if someone in my party is unable to go on the tour?

Changing your tour date is generally not a problem if space is available. There is no charge to change a reservation. You must contact tour operator directly. If passengers do not show up for the tour, their money is non-refundable.

Are tips expected or included?

Tips or gratuities for tour directors, drivers and other service staff, while usually appreciated, are not required or included in any tour pricing, unless otherwise noted.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking will not be permitted on the tour in the motor coach or any vehicle, on the premises of any horse farm or in public buildings, bars or restaurants.

How soon should we reserve our tours?

We recommend booking your reservations at least two weeks in advance; however, tours at some locations are generally sold out several months in advance. For tours during the 2010 International Equestrian Festival or 2010 World Equestrian Games (September 25 - October 10, 2010), we recommend that you book your tour as soon as possible, as space is limited.

Do you offer reserved seating?

Seating for all tours is on a first-come, first-served basis. No assigned seating is available. Early arrival at the meeting location is suggested for groups or those with seating preferences.

Can you accommodate travelers with wheelchairs or strollers?

Some tours vehicles can accommodate passengers with wheel chairs if they can be folded. Drivers are unable to assist such passengers in boarding or exiting the vehicle due to insurance restrictions. Please contact your tour operator for additional ADA details. Generally, strollers can be accommodated if they can be folded and stored. You will need to contact the tour operator directly about specific handicap accommodations for each tour.

Who do I call when the website doesn’t work or I can’t buy a ticket online?

You can either call the tour operator directly, (listing found on "Contact Us" page or send an email to our website administrators: someone should reply within 24 hours from the latest business day.
